What lies ahead?

The global energies have been very intense from before the Summer Solstice and Full Moon to now and they will continue to be intense because the planets are working for us to create a World Filled with Pure Love, Light & Abundance for All, whilst living in Divine Integrity.

We are experiencing huge global shift and to give you a visual example of knocking down the wall between two rooms to make a big larger room, we have much dust, debris and chaos as the changes are made, well a huge energy wall has been knocked down, false beliefs and programs are being seen, acknowledged and are being shifted out and now that barrier has gone there is much 'energy dust' floating around, some Light energy and some dark, all mixed together and swirling around.

This makes life more challenging and can make discerning more difficult, the clearness between Light and dark, moral and immoral is all murky and mixed up right now, so we need to look closer and feel more deeply to discern.

As always we have free choice as to what we connect to - Light or dark, Pure or evil but sometimes it doesn't feel like we have free choice when we are being so attacked. The choice we have when we are being attacked is how we react and respond, are we going to do all we can to FILL WITH LOVE & LIGHT, play your protection audio, use crystals, oils, incense, protection cards etc because whilst this may sound extreme we need to know that what we are living through right now is extreme!! If we don't take extreme action to choose Light and be in control of our lives then dark will take hold and totally enjoy wrecking havoc with our lives.

You all know that I believe knowledge is empowering, so know that now is a very challenging time for everyone, huge change is happening and most people don't like change so nearly everyone is being triggered and we are interacting with all these triggered people - so huge fireworks going off!!

We need to choose to be calm, fill with peace and not get dragged into drama and stories that are not ours.

So please work extra hard and diligently on your protection work and Filling work, it will make a huge difference!

Britan is leaving the EU by majority vote. This is major change and shift.

Those of you who are aware of the Global Shift should not be too surprised that this is happening, because major global shift into Light and abundance for all requires major global changes.

If we keep doing the same thing we will get the same results!

For the majority in Britain, lives have got worse not better under EU rule, which is why they have voted to leave. This does not mean that British people don't love all people in the EU and the whole world, or that they don't want to connect with the EU, visit EU countries or trade in business with EU countries.

It means that all the rules and legislation placed on Britain made the average person feel they have no control over what happens to them and their country. This movie BREXIT is very informative and eye opening, for example did you know:

The EU has 31 regulations about toothbrushes!!
There are over 10,000 EU delegates that get paid more than our Prime Minister
The rules and legislation piled high would be the height of Nelson's Column - now that is A LOT of rules!!

What is most important right now is that we choose Pure Love, Light and Peace.

We need to remember that Pure Love:

Is unconditional and loves regardless of beliefs
Does not judge
Is kind, caring and compassionate
Looks for solutions and ways to make everything work out

Whatever beliefs we may have had about the EU election it is now done, and we need to move forwards. The day of the election I watched scenes of anger in London and whilst there will be high emotions as people hear the results and need to take on board what has happened, everyone needs to release those emotions in a positive and moral way.

Hate and anger are very negative emotions that feed evil and start wars. We need to fill our world with much Pure Love, Light and Peace to keep the vibration of our world high, so it is easier for us to work out the differences and create a more abundant and peaceful way of living for all.

I recorded this video with a short transmission to add more Pure Love, Light and Peace to the world. Please do watch it and soak up the energies and share with as many people as possible. The channeled transmission is a quieter volume than the talking part of the video, because the channeled energies are very pure and loving and this is how I receive the channeling, so you may want to turn up your volume for the transmission, or just close your eyes and feel the energies.

It is good that change is happening! We are very programmed to not like change, but life can only get better if it changes from what it is now. So embrace the walls that are being knocked down and send Pure Love, Light, Peace and Divine guidance to all new changes, decisions and events that affect us.

Sending much Pure Love, Light and Peace to you to feel calm and spread peace and calm out to the world. Let's all now choose :

Love and Light over hate
Peace over war
Pure over evil
Compassion and caring over systems, rules and regulations
Giving over greed and selfishness
Looking after our environment over pollution and destroying our earth
The power of people over the control of the elite
The power of the universe and Pure Source over human systems and false beliefs.

Together we have the power to change our world into the world we desire, when we unite in Pure Love, Light, Peace and Truth.

Why Are We Being Fed by a Poison Expert?

I recently watched a short video about Monsanto and Roundup on Facebook by the Undercurrent, and this video ended with: -

When we really take in this question the stupidity of it really hits us in the face! Like yes, why are we all being fed by a poison manufacturer, isn't that just too crazy to be real?

Many things in life that are being revealed to us are actually feeling too crazy to be real and true and that is of course one of the reasons they get away with it, because people just don't believe it is true!

When we look at the facts with an open mind then we can see how crazy life is and how much change is needed.

So fact:-

Monsanto sells Roundup and is a poison expert
Monsanto controls the majority of the food chain in USA and this flows out into other countries.
The majority of the top well known brands come under the Monsanto umbrella.
For most people the majority of what they buy is from Monsanto.
Therefore the majority of what people eat contains poison.

Which does explain why there has been an on going huge increase in illness in the western world, I mean what do we expect if we eat poison?

On finding out this information we have a choice: -

To continue eating 'Monsanto poisoned food'
To not eat 'Monsanto poisoned food'

Personally I choose to NOT eat poisoned food! When put this bluntly, I assume you choose the same! This video I watched was on Facebook, so I decided to share the video on my timeline so others could have this huge realisation also and then choose to not eat poisoned food. (I would post it here but it seem to be embedded so I can't.)

There was a comment about everyone should lobby their government and put pressure on the FDA etc to stop this from happening, and I totally agree that this does need to stop happening. However, governments, courts, FDA and virtually every human system we have in place is corrupt and greed focused, with blackmail and backhanders going on, so how long is it going to take to get a successful result doing this?

There is a much quicker way to get results and that is to not be reliant and controlled by the companies that are poisoning our food. They are very profit and greed orientated, so if their profits drop they will change what they are doing to get more profits again.

Imagine if everyone in the USA didn't buy any Monsanto products at all for one week. Just one week, what would the drop in profits be? How much panic would that send to Monsanto? Isn't that sending out a much bigger and more obvious message - we are not going to eat your poisoned food, than lobbying governments and waiting for something good to come out of a corrupt system?

Money talks, whether we like this or not! Everyone can change which food they buy without paying more. Smaller supermarkets that are not associated with Monsanto will have their own brands and often these foods have less additives in them and are cheaper to buy!

So shout with your spending and SAY NO TO MONSANTO!

Stop eating brands which are Monsanto umbrella brands! You can search on the internet for more information about this.

I do much energy work to heal illness, disease, emotional issues, life issues etc and what is becoming increasingly obvious to me with my work is that an issue will no heal if we keep feeding it poison! So whether that be eating poisoned food, drinking fluoride and toxic water or living with toxic emotions inside of us, if we keep feeding any of these then they will grow.

To live in harmony with ourselves we need to nourish our minds, bodies and spirits, or as the old saying goes: -

'Garbage In Garbage Out!

We can all choose which brand we take of the shelves in the supermarket, or whether we go to a supermarket or buy local, or buy on-line from an organic retailer. What we feed ourselves determines how we feel and our quality of life, so choose wisely because corrupt systems don't care about you!

3 Ways to Know if You Really Love Yourself

Do you love yourself? I mean really love yourself with kindness, caring and compassion? Or are you better at helping others, dishing out lots of love and kindness and then either forgetting yourself or worse still beat yourself up all the time?

I often get asked, 'well how do we know if we really love ourselves?'

Here are 3 ways to know if you do really love yourself with a true, deep inner caring love.

Mind - Self Talk - Do you support yourself in your mind or is there constant negative and destructive chatter going on in there?
Body - Do You Value and Look After Your Body? We only have one physical body in this lifetime so we do need to look after it. Are You?
Spirit - Do you support your feelings, emotions and allow yourself time out? Do you feel connected to your soul and allow yourself quiet time to hear the inner guidance, follow your passion and do what makes you happy?

To truly love ourselves then we really need to be doing at least 2 out of 3 on a daily basis, of course 3 out of 3 is much better! So let's chat about them in more detail.

Mind - Self Talk

Many kind caring people, mothers in particular, are really good at helping others both physically and emotionally but when it comes to supporting themselves they really fall short. I know this because I was one of them! I would spend hours writing kind, caring and compassionate tips and advice to help others, but then when I had an issue I would be really hard on myself.

It wasn't until I started to write Loving You - Discover Your True Inner Self that I realised just how hard, well in fact plain rude I was being to myself with the self talk and chatter in my head! Since I was writing this book and I knew I needed to walk my talk, I suddenly became so aware of my self talk and had to work hard on changing it. What I found out was that I was subconsciously and unintentionally repeating all the bad and nasty things that others have said to me over the years and repeating them to myself! Like isn't it bad enough that we've heard this from others, do we really need to constantly amplify it to ourselves? Well no of course not! That is the last thing we want. However, I really did find it hard to be kind to myself, so I decided to almost write myself the same advice and tips that I would give someone else and I gradually trained myself to be kind to myself by imagining I was someone else. Rather sad that we may have to do this, but hey if it works and moves us forwards into loving ourselves then it is a great tool to use!

Body - Looking After and Valuing Your Body

Firstly we have food and nutrition. There is the saying that "we are what we eat" and it is actually so so true. So much of our food has chemicals and toxins in it, so what are eating and drinking?

To really nourish our bodies we do need to be eating healthy food and that really means organic food and fresh food rather than processed food. If you think you can't afford organic food then you are not valuing your body! Filling our bodies with junk and chemicals makes us ill, so loving ourselves means valuing our health enough to buy really good quality food. Processed white sugar, flour and salt are all really bad for our health and they are in all processed food and most drinks too! So time to check your labels and read what you are eating and drinking. It can be shocking process but one which will add years to your life and quality too!

The other way of valuing and honouring our body is to do some exercise, and before you all start to groan, this is intended to be fun and nurturing! So do what you love, walk in nature, go dancing, play catch, football or badminton with friends or your kids and have fun exercising your body. When you do activities that you enjoy it isn't a chore and our bodies will love it even more. You can use inspirational music to make it more fun too! It's also great to have some indoor and outdoor options so you can keep moving whatever the weather.

If you sit at desk every day then why not set your alarm to beep every hour and get up and have a walk around and a stretch. It has been proven to improve focus and productivity so your bosses should love the idea!

Spirit - Honouring Your Feelings and Connecting Inwards

Society is manic and pushing us to our limits and even beyond, so we need time out! Do you spend some quiet time out in nature, by water or at home listening to some relaxing music and connecting to your soul and inner passions? So many people's lives are all rat race and no quality time. Do you even like your job and your life? If not then it's time for some changes!

Fill your mind with peace and let go of all the worries and stress and allow yourself to feel some stillness in your mind, so you can feel how your heart and soul really want you to live. When we are living in tune with our feelings then life becomes so much more enjoyable and we no longer put up with a second rate rat race life.

Start to be aware of yourself, your thoughts, feelings and how you do or don't look after your body. What you do now will reap you good rewards in the future. We are how we treat our mind, body and spirit so time for lots of self love!

Imagine if you were told right now that you had to drive hundreds of miles to save your life.

If you were at work or out then you just had to drive with what you had on you. No going back to your house to get anything and whilst you are driving you have thoughts of will you ever see your house again, or will it be burnt to the ground?

What if you were at work and your children were at school and all the panic and worry that will cause, or having pets at home and not being able to go back and get them.

Well this horrific nightmare has happened to thousands of people in Canada as fires continue to burn and those who had to flee are still living in temporary accommodation.

How long before the fires are put out?
How long before they can go home and see if they still have have a home?
How long will they have to stay in temporary accommodation?
What will happen if their house is burnt down?
Will there be enough money in the insurance pot to pay for everyone?
Will there still be a job to go back to or will that have burnt down?
Will there be schools?

So many questions and no one has the answers. Really not a good place to be in, but I am sure that all those affected are working together with human compassion and caring to resolve all these issues as quickly and easily as possible.

What if: -

We could do something to help
Our thoughts, intentions and prayers would create more rain and put the fires out quicker
Sending Love, Light and Peace to all those in shock and trauma would give them inner peace and make living through it easier and calmer

Well we can do all of these things and the good news is: -

It is so easy for us to use our intentions to help anyone in need.

If you read and say this statement with feeling and emotion then you are helping those in need, and the more people who do this, the more powerful the intention will be and the universe or mother nature will respond.

Asking for Pure Source / Power of the Universe / God to send rain to Canada to put out all the fires now as quickly as possible; to send Love, Light, Peace and Healing to all those affected by the fires and to help rebuild their lives and the cities, homes, buildings affected by the fires; to keep all people safe and to protect all fire fighters who are doing such an amazing job.

Truth and Beliefs - Do You Know the Difference?

What is Truth and what is a belief?

Those of you who know me well, which is probably most of you if you regularly read my blog articles and follow my work, will know that I don't blindly believe all spiritual teachings and beliefs and that I question most beliefs that I hear. This has come about through the feelings I have when I hear something. If it doesn't feel good then it is not coming from Pure Source.

In Awaken to Peace I talk about the two sources of energy - Pure and evil and that everything comes from one source or the other. I know that not everyone believes this and even hearing this will create fear and shut some people down, but the Truth doesn't change deepening on whether we believe it or! To prevent this fear and people shutting down, I show how we can disconnect from fear so we feel safe to open up to learning and knowing the Truth.

Truth is Truth regardless of what we believe!

The Truth is Truth regardless of what we all believe and it is true for all energy, all people, all beings. Truth is 'Universal', so for example, the Law of Gravity is Truth. Everything on earth will fall to the ground if not supported. It doesn't matter what we believe, where we live, what our parents or teachers said, what the government is or isn't doing; if we let go of an object it will fall to the ground - Universal Law.

A belief is linked to certain individuals and isn't true for everyone, it is just something those people believe. If we were brought up in another country then we would have different beliefs. If you were brought up to be a Christian then you will have Christian beliefs, if you had been born to a Muslim family then you would have Muslim beliefs. Some people are brought up with religious beliefs and then choose a different religion, spirituality or to have no fixed beliefs. All beliefs are taught to us and are different depending on who is giving out the information. None of these beliefs act like the Law of Gravity as having the same affect on all, so they are beliefs and not Truth.

Most of our world issues, wars and conflict come from people defending beliefs that are just opinions and not Truth. If people could just understand the difference between Truth and beliefs then the world would be a much happier, kinder, caring and more peaceful place.

As people become more aware they can see and feel the difference between a belief and Truth. We can be open to allowing others to have their beliefs without being offended or upset or feeling we need to change who they are or what they believe.

Truth is we cannot change anyone unless they want to be changed. The more anyone forces their beliefs on others, the more resistance there will to hearing them and listening with an open heart. This is because our heart energy is a pure energy that repels 'force'. We feel and learn through our heart energy when we feel safe, happy and supported by high vibrations such as love, compassion and caring.

Truth comes from Pure Source.

Force comes from an evil source.

When someone is trying to force a belief on someone else they are connecting to evil to do this, because Pure does not force, not ever.

When people or healers are telling others that they have to forgive or they will never heal, they are using evil energy to do this. Pure energy will support the person, feel their pain and focus on healing their pain through compassion, caring and guiding them step by step through a process of acceptance and releasing that will work for them.

People who try to force beliefs on others have a 'need to be right', whilst those knowing the Truth already 'know that Truth is right' and that Truth will always Shine through.

Sure, we have been through some dark times where Truth was so hidden it was like it didn't exist, but so many people are awakening now that the Truth can no longer be hidden.

We all need to choose between Truth and beliefs.

We all need to choose between Pure and evil.
